Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and sales transactions via the website www.liesschroeyen.be with regard to the products offered on the website. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions of sale. Lies Schroeyen can adjust the sales conditions unilaterally and at any time. Please check this page regularly.
The price
The prices we charge for the products are stated on the website. All prices are stated in euro and are inclusive btw. Shipping costs are charged on top of the price. The prices are only valid on the day of the order. Lies Schroeyen reserve the right to change the prices for displayed products at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may occur inadvertently.
Payment
You can pay for the online order via the payment modules on the website.
The offer and your purchase
The offer is without obligation. Lies Schroeyen is entitled to change and adjust the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products. The price statement refers exclusively to the articles as described. The accompanying photos are for decorative purposes and may contain elements that are not included in the price. Images accompanying products are a true representation of the products. However, the colors of the images may differ from the actual colors of the products.
To buy a product, add the product to your shopping cart and fill in contact details. Chose the delivery method and pay via the payment modules on the website. After payment has been made, you will receive your order confirmation and the package will be send to you. Until the time of full payment by the buyer, the goods delivered to the buyer remain the property of Lies Schroeyen.
Shipment
We ship to Belgium. Items are shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Items are carefully packed and are shipped via B-post. The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. You may never accept packaging that is clearly damaged during transport. Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt. We do our best to make the delivery as soon as possible. A delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel the purchase or to pay compensation to the buyer. Lies Schroeyen is not liable for loss, theft or damage during shipment. Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the buyer's responsibility and may lead to additional costs.

Right of withdrawal
If you want to exchange or return a purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons. Notification of this must be done in writing, stating the order number. Send an e-mail to liesschroeyen@gmail.com. You must return the product in perfect and re-saleable condition, unused, undamaged, with all original packaging to the following address:

You will receive the paid amounts back from us to the account number you have chosen (excluding shipping costs). We will refund you, within 20 days after we have received the returned package.
Force of the majority
Lies Schroeyen is not liable for delays due to events beyond our control and will. This includes business disruption, strikes, fire, failures in a (telecommunications) network, or the unavailability of the website, non-delivery or late delivery from suppliers or other third parties engaged, coincidence and/or government measures that can affect both ourselves and suppliers, even if these are foreseeable.
Intellectual property rights
All images, texts, photo’s names, logo’s are the property of Lies Schroeyen. This means that noting from this website or the products may be reproduced or made public without written permission from Lies Schroeyen.
